What makes a good photo?
- Clear & Bright: Use good lighting—natural light is ideal.
- Front & Center: Capture a front-facing shot of your pet.
- Focus on Eyes: Eyes should be clear and looking at the camera.
- No Cropped Faces: Ensure the entire face is in the frame.
- Have Fun: Play with your pet to capture their true personality.
- High Quality: Photos should be at least 1MB for the best result.
What makes a photo unsuitable?
Your photo may not be suitable for one or more of the following reasons...
-
1. Blurry or Dark
Make sure your photo is sharp and well-lit. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can create harsh shadows.
-
2. Taken from Above
Photos at your pet’s eye level are the best for capturing their true personality.
-
3. Screenshots
Original photos are key! Screenshots often lack the necessary quality.
-
4. Awkward Posture
Photos with your pet in a natural, relaxed position work best—no awkward angles or over-the-shoulder looks.
-
5. Too Far Away
Close-ups of your pet’s head and shoulders are ideal.
-
6. Missing Features
Ensure the entire face, including any big ears, is in the frame.
